Hub City Tires

Called and gave specifics about some tires I had to trade. Guy on the phone sounded very excited about them. Brought the tires in and suddenly they had no interest in them and just wanted to upsell me.

Just wanted to take a moment to say we were very thankful for Sean (Shawn) and his team.They all had a really good attitude and worked hard to give us four tires mounted for a good price!You can tell this team cares about you. Thanks again for everything today!

We had an emergency situation with a nail in our tire while on vacation. While every other shop was already closed, the guys at Hub City Tires invited us over immediately and repaired the tire in minutes at a very reasonable price. Our repairman was also friendly to our dog :)

More expensive than most Victoria tire shops. They wanted $45-$60/tire for mounting and balancing, website mentions $35... but apparently that's only if you buy from them. I wanted to support a shop local to me, but I'm not paying $100 more than I would at OK Tire of FountainIn response to the owner:I’m not a fan of part truths$45-$60 is still more than other shops for low profile.My wife was told the higher price was because she was not buying from you.The car was a Subaru Outback (not large wheels or low profile).Perhaps some pink tax being quoted…This happened around 11am November 9th

I was in contact via email, I had asked what tires they had to fit my vehicle, and i was given 3 different options. The first option he said was prepaid order, 3 day turnaround, the next 2 he said i could get put on that day if i came in. I made sure again in following emails that i could have the tires put on the day i arrived, which was agreed upon. When i got to the shop, the man at the shop said he didnt have any of those tires in stock. I came from a different island to have tires put on, but was mislead by the email operator, who is unable to communicate properly, and didnt answer half the questions i asked anyway.The guy at the shop seemed helpful.

Sean and the boys got me fitted with a reall nice set of brand new 22's for my Denali!! Fair pricing and super quick install!

Shysters. They quoted me $40-$100 over their website advertised price (and everyone else I called) for mounting tires. When called out in a review, they blatantly lied saying they quoted me for low profile (I gave the tire size - just regular,) Definitely feel they were trying to profit from my naivety.*To their response we quoted you all tire size" what a load... They got the details of the tires when I called in. Their response over a month after my review doesn't hold any ground. Nice try. Don't use these guys!"

Excellent friendly service. Very good price! 4 brand new tires fitted in less than an hour. Great knowledge and advice for tire care. Highly recommended.

The gents at Hub City Tires are now my go-to for my tire needs. We were in search of a set of winter tires. We got a great deal on a like-new set. We were seen promptly and professionally the same day and the whole process took around 30 minutes. Very satisfied. I'll be back in the spring for my next tire change.
