Highly recommend! Wonderful experience with Noreen and her team. Flowers and arrangements for our wedding ceremony were beautiful and better than I had imagined!

Went to my cousin’s wedding in Montreal and they are not ready when we all arrive - they are apparently late and decided to reduce some decors on the spot. We can see the bride’s disappointment in them and we heard that they did not apologise nor do a proper refund. It’s an International wedding and guests from all over the world; including us Singapore, are disappointed with this florist.

Noreen and her team were incredible from start to finish. She understood my vision and brought it to life. I had full trust and she delivered above and beyond my expectations. The bouquets, centerpieces and boutonnieres were gorgeous, fresh and smelled incredible! Communication was easy and the value was amazing. Other florists quoted more and said I couldn't have what I was asking for with the budget I presented. With Zen, I got even more than I imagine! I'm so pleased and would recommend 10000%.

Very unprofessional. The wedding ceremony was starting at 4pm, and when we arrived to the venue (groom and bride) at around 2h30-3pm, there was barely anything done, and even if it was starting soon, they did not seem rushed to finish, as they were sitting on the floor and arranging flowers. They arrived 30 minutes late to the venue, which explains the lack of the flower arrangement at the venue.They were supposed to put flowers on the cocktail table, but they didn't because it was too windy. There is ways to make things stay put on a table, but they took the easy way out.Finally, the most requested thing was to have a baby breath cloud over the sweetheart table. 1 hour before the ceremony, because they were late, they decided to not do the cloud of baby breaths without consulting us first. We learned it from our wedding coordinator..Very disappointed in their service..

I had my wedding last year on June 18th, 2022, and it was an amazing experience! Noreen, the florist, was incredible throughout the planning process. I changed my concept and color theme multiple times and even adjusted the number of bridesmaids and groomsmen, but Noreen always accommodated my needs and checked in with me regularly. The bouquet and sweetheart table arrangements she created were absolutely gorgeous and smelled amazing. I'm sorry to hear that some people had a negative experience, but I genuinely believe that Noreen acted professionally and with good intentions. She has created so many beautiful weddings, and if I ever need a florist for another event, she will definitely be my go-to choice.

I went to my sister in law’s wedding and as a bridesmaid I feel as disappointed as the bride was. This florist is very unprofessional and works slow. Thank God the rest of the wedding was great. They also did weird for giving 5 bouquet for bridesmaid but only 3 wrist corsages for bridesmaids. We had to take away the mother’s corsages and they made a last minute one on the venue. Very unorganized.

Noreen is an artist!! She and her team are incredible at what they do.Everything was so beautiful and made my wedding extra special.Noreen gave recommendations (like adding greenery and vines) and exceeded our expectations. I received SO many compliments on my flowers and the decor.Thank you SO much!!I highly recommend Zen n Floral for your wedding!

Noreen is amazing ! Me and my husband were very happy with her job. She is super patient , responsive and creative. Although there were a lot of back and forth during the discussion process, Noreen was being very patient with me. She designed the best package for me according to my budget. Her flowers were beautiful and fresh. She did exactly what I wanted. It was definitely a smooth and enjoyable experience with her and her team. Thank you so much again Noreen and your team! I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and professional florist.

VERY DISAPPOINTED ON OUR WEDDING DAY (I'M THE BRIDE)Noreen and the team was late to decorate our venue. She told us she had a lot of experience in wedding and yet has problems with outdoor ceremony and winds. The team also fails to put some clouds of baby breath on our bridal table ceiling with a reason of ceiling too high and ladders not reaching." They also failed to communicate with the rest of the vendors and they left without lighting the candles they did on the centre piece. They did not tell any other vendors to light up the candles yet they blame them. They also blamed me as the bride that a lot of their mistakes are my fault
