We were blown away by the friendly, professional, fun experience from Randi at Bodacious Blinds. We had never purchased blinds before and did not know what to expect. From first contact, Randi was responsive and answered all of our questions. She showed up to measure our windows and to show us samples and we appreciated her calm demeanor. She provided a quote on the spot and made sure to let us know to contact her if we had any questions before making our decision. We made our decision to move forward with the quote provided, reached out and scheduled the install, and had them installed last week. The install was very smooth, we were told all about the great warranties on the blinds, as well if we are not satisfied in any way that she would come back and make it right. We learned that Randi started her company from scratch just a few years ago, which made us proud to be able to support a local business and entrepreneur. We highly recommend Bodacious Blinds. Oh – and the blinds looks amazing!!!

*Update March 2023I had a small issue with one of my shades or so I thought. Ended up being a user error on my part however Randi was super accommodating and very helpful. She was able to help no questions asked and fixed the problem. I cannot recommend this company enough!*April 2022Highly recommend. Randi was great. After losing our home in a house fire and re-building, we had a lot to do and it was a little overwhelming. Randi was amazing to deal with and extremely helpful when making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Not only was she very professional, but really friendly and genuine. I contacted Randi several months ago to get some blinds for our new place that wasn’t yet finished being built. She was so great at coordinating with our builder to go measure our windows and get the blinds in on time for possession day. We told her our interior colours and she did an amazing job picking out the right blinds for our home. She was also very knowledgeable for consulting about what type of blinds would be best for each room in our home. Installation was quick, professional, top notch.
