Kerry and his team gave us the best customer service that I've ever had anywhere. This is where we buy our appliances and will continue to do so. Very happy with the staff and service at the Brantford TA!

Never shop here. I bought a microwave, took it home, opened the box and then my spouse told me she wanted a different one. I thought no problem, I'll bring it back the next day. They would not give me a refund and told me to come back in a couple of days when the manager was there to see if he would give me back 75% of my money. Completely ridiculous to have a no refund policy when the product never left the box.

Things started off rough but by the time I received all my appliances, the staff was excellent with me. I ended up very satisfied with the appliances and with the service. Thanks T&A

We have purchased all our appliances from this business over the last 18 years. Today we picked up our new dishwasher. They were abrupt, rude and in general unpleasant. I felt like apologizing for bothering them. I had ordered online so I didn’t deal with sales person. In the end, I got a great dishwasher and went on my way.I guess we are in different times. No one appears to need our business. This place isn’t cheap but they have good products.

So deeply grateful for Store Manager Kerry and multiple sales people who have assisted us with ALL of our appliances for our new build. We had a large order and experienced some difficulties due to appliance delays and the entire team worked with us for over a year to ensure we were happy and Kerry came to our rescue when we found ourselves in a jam. He dealt with the issue that day and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Very thankful for TA Brantford!

Disappointing no stars. The Maytag washer leaks terribly and your choice to hide behind Maytag’s policy to repair rather than replace, has created further dismay. It’s elevated to ire when it is apparent Maytag knowingly sold us a defective washer because its serial # is on the list of needing re-engineered parts. As a retailer you had to have known this, which is nothing short of deceitful. Instead of recalling these units, customers are made to suffer. Water from my laundry room to a light fixture in the basement. Currently I am awaiting two pedestals for the washer and dryer. I believe we deserve a deeper discount in light of the damage that needs to be fixed.I’m sorry to have bought it. Maytag and TA have lost at least one customer because I won’t be buying from you in the future and all my friends will be advised about my experience. Daniel the technician is a prince and I wish him the best in the future with an honest company

Worst experience. The delivery took 2 hours, unloaded on my drive-way sitting there, in which they were first unable to bring in the fridge as they did not have a 3rd delivery person with them. Then the sales rep at TA did not order a stackable kit to go with my stackable washer dryer. I called the store, they initially said they were unable to assist, and transferred me to customer service in which I had to leave a message. I then drove to the Brantford store, explained what was going on as I had a washer and dryer unpacked in my driveway. The sales rep on duty did assist. The washer and dryer when finally carried up the stairs, walls were damaged. Customer service said they would refund money of a certain amount only to receive a call a few days later that there was only approval for half the amount. Never going back here.What refund?? It was communicated I would receive 120 back and the delivery fee , but then the next day receive a call to say oh never mind it wasn’t approved… 60 dollars back instead.. great customer service, thumbs up.

Everyone raved about TA. So i tried it but My experience has been extremely the opposite. Not professional (the sales associate), no customer service, no help, no call backs and now I'm stuck dealing with the manufacturer 5 days after i purchased my $5000 item. Unreal! I would never recommend a business who doesn't stand behind their word.The problem was not traegar.Yes, they are now assisting but in the first few days when I ran into problems, the Brantford store told me it was not their issue and that i could not return the item. No where on my invoice did it say..final sale, no returns or no exchanges. The sales rep didnt even mention it- not once. Didn't even follow up with me on my 5k purchase. Nothing.

I went in to look at washer and dryers and hope to get some information walked around for about 15 minutes and no one came to ask if I needed help.But they didn't hesitate to jump up and help the couple that just walked in the door just before I left.Not the first time this has happened to me there to.

I’m so upset my family was taken advantage of. The gas range we purchased has a very unusual feature whereby the pilot light goes off when the heat decreases (i.e. open to check food) and it doesn’t relight automatically. We wouldn’t have purchased had we been aware of this unnecessary feature.
