Working with Outlandish Design has been a wonderful experience. We are particularly pleased with the work Ximena and her team have done in regards to sustainable design. I moved into my new home in October 2019. I told everyone that this was one of the most thrilling, rewarding, and frustrating thing. I’ve ever done in my life. Even when you have a quality designer and a solid contractor on board, the construction process can be tough for various reasons that are beyond your control but, all that goes away when you’re able to see the final outcome. I really do feel like I made the absolute right choice with Outlandish Design to rebuilt my home. I had the best experience working with Ximena & Tanisha and the entire Outlandish Design staff. I’m just happy and proud when I tell friends that Outlandish designed and managed rebuilt of now beautiful home.

Ximena was the designer and  managed  our terrace renovation. We only had a vague idea of what we actually wanted, but she was able to take our loose requirements and expand it into a design that unlocked the full potential of our property. She guided us through every step of the development application process, and made sure everything went smoothly. During the construction, she handled all the communication with the contractor, we knew we could leave everything in her hands and keep the project on track.We are ecstatic with our newly renovated home, and could not be more happy with the excellent job Ximena has done. She paid attention to all the important details that we never would have thought of, and her knowledge and experience really show through in the results. Throughout the whole process, Ximena was professional, hardworking, and easy to get in contact with. It took a lot of interviews before I found a design team who was more interested in the art and design than how quickly they could get paid. Tanisha had that true genuine interest and would become excited as the design developed. Her design work was brilliant,now applauded and coveted by all my neighbors. Not only was her design drawings creative, beautifully done but she clearly knew the building code requirements,what had to be done and how it would come together.I highly recommend Outlandish Design if you want creative,unique and professional work.
