Astronomical prices for coffee yet the washrooms are beyond filthy and disgusting. Toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned since 2020. Urine all over the floor, no sanitary sheets to place on toilet. The people serving you your coffee are using these washrooms aswell. Think about that when your paying for $10 coffee.

The store is absolutely beautiful but staff are quite unprofessional and plainly rude! I visited quite often and tended to see them gathering around chatting when it was quieter. Even then they wouldn’t bother to call people’s names when their mobile orders are ready. Once I wasted 20 min waiting for something they quietly out in the corner.

Slowest drive-through you’ve ever experience at a Starbucks it’s almost like they’re understaffed. They should really offer a inscape route for your car because when there’s more than two people in front of you it’ll take a good 15 minutes.

Starbucks needs to get rid of the mobile orders. The staff can’t do 3 things at once - especially on a Saturday. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, that came out sporadically. The staff are nice and patient, and the drinks were fine, but Starbucks is getting too greedy.

Decided to give Starbucks one last chance today . And yet to be disappointed. Staff seemed careless , not only that they waste time while customers are waiting but they don’t notice the queue and mix orders… so much for a customized experience. I wonder if staff think they are much better that the people they serve and get tipped by !! I used my last app credit today , hopefully they won’t get that interest free loan funded by their loyal unaware customers. Disappointed … so long good customer experience .. (the essence of Starbucks business model)

once you enter the drive thru you are trapped which is frustrating because this has to be the slowest drive thru ever which is extra infuriating with how busy it always is. also they never have any ingredients stocked overall youre better off going to the one beside the jailupdate: after waiting 20 mins in line i got the joy of waiting another 10 at the window becaus ethey hadnt yet started my drinkasian barista girl was rude im in an suv shes just letting the debit machine dangle to the floor as if im about to reach down out of my car to pay
