$105 for a 15 minute examination! Most of the vets know that we love our pets and see them as a part of our family. Therefore, we pay whatever they want. People say hi,they say x-ray, ultrasound, blood work, biopsy etc...

There was a time this was a cutting edge and good medical practice, but since the founder sold it getting timely care is pretty much impossible. They have been operating with two part time vets who are inadequate to the task and incapable of serving their existing patients. Its been like this for over two years and they just cannot acknowledge let alone fix their issues. Its sad to witness how concern for their patients has gone downhill. I say this having been a client there for close to 30 years when it first opened on Mont-Bleu. You do not want to be a patient there now with an elderly pet.

Staff is nice and attentive and the variety of products is good and complete. However, their success caught up to them and seeing a doctor is super hard, they're too busy!

I have been going to this vet for past 5 years with my lovely dog, and I can’t thank them enough to save my dog. However, maybe because it is understaffed or a change in management, when we ask a question, no one can provide a timely answer anymore. Usually we get the result back on the same day of the simple blood test, but now we need to call (3 days later) to inquire the result since personnel has forgot to call us.

Overall, the place is very good and my pet felt great at the place. I have to add a special attention to the techs in this place who truly cares about the animals and they speak very nicely to clients, especially the really nice ponytail girl (sorry don't know her name). The doctor, that's another story. Perhaps a little rushed in her approach with people that often don't know too much about anything. I understand her frustration but if you don't want to deal with people, you don't go where you work directly with people...but overall great staff and great place.

All the veterinarians and technicians at this clinic are wonderful and very thorough, knowledgeable and caring to my animals.They have well experienced specialists that provide high quality care for each animal. They also have advanced equipment to deal with many critical cases. All staff are super friendly and caring. I have complete trust and confidence in this clinic and have received excellent care for my dogs from them for many years.

My dog has received very good care here, both for routine and emergency visits. It's a bit pricier than some other local vets, but the staff are excellent (vet techs and veterinarians alike). It has become a bit tricky to get an appointment in short order as they seem to be having trouble retaining veterinary staff, but waiting a week or two for a non-urgent appointment is acceptable for me.

Si vous voulez payer des milles sans aucun resultat c’est la bonne place. Les vétérinaires et la reception ne sont pas professionel et manque de connaissance. La pire hôpital vétérinaire, honnêtenent du vol.The worst vet ever; honestly, if you want to pay thousand without results, it is the place to go!I went for an eye infection; they prescribed me five different things and did a bunch of tests 1,200$ later, my dog still has an eye infection and nothing they gave me helped. Now they are asking me to come back so they can perform another check-up and charge me another hefty bill. Ridiculous!
