When we moved into our new house one of the first things we wanted to do was upgrade our closet doors from old sliding doors to barn doors. After a little bit of research we found Summer Gates & we are so happy with our decision. They turned out perfect, we are now anxiously waiting for our order of floating shelves!:)

Summers Gates recently custom made me 2 shelves and a beautiful butcher block counter top. I was so impressed by the quality of wood and couldn't be happier with the end result! Will definitely be a returning customer to Summers Gates for future projects!

The glowings reviews for Summer's Gates made it an easy decision for us to go ahead and order a large barn door from them. Once our contractor put the door up, it looked really off as one end was longer than the other (1.25 inches in difference). We took the barn door down and measured it only to realize it wasn't square. Contacted Summer's Gates owner and his response was that they don't make their doors square to account for uneven walls?? Which, at best, is a poor excuse for shoddy worksmanship. We gave Summer's gates a chance to rectify the situation but was told that they were too busy" to fix it anytime soon. We ended up paying someone about half the cost of the door to get it adjusted. I have all the emails and photos below to prove it. I wouldn't buy from this business again."

Amazing customer service , and order always arrives in a timely fashion! I have ordered several pieces from this small business and will continue to do so in the future, everything is made exactly as ordered and the owners is very easy to work with..Highly recommend !

Love love love my learning tower!I got to customize my colours, customer service was excellent AND I received a good quality/sturdy product!

We were very pleased with the quality and functionality of the toddler learning tower. Our child loves it and it makes time in the kitchen a lot better for us all!
