This place has low class disrespectful manager. He accuse me of scratching the Ray-Ban logo off the glasses while it was a factory defect and although it says that I have up to one year to have it change he said he can’t do anything about it what a JOKE. They probably buy loads of fake 5$ glasses and sell it under the famous brands. I would give it a ZERO star if I could. Never ever buy from this place they should be close. I did file few complains with the head office and I hope next time they learn how to do customer Service. They try to be professional when you want to buy a glass but when it comes the time to stand behind their guarantee they back off as if it never existed and treat you with rude manners. What a Shame

Grant recently helped my with my newest purchase of Ray Bans and I could not have been happier. He made the process so easy, and gave me great feedback of what he felt would suit me best. I have used Grant for the last 3 pairs of sunglasses I have purchased and I will never go anywhere else !10/10 for Grant !

If you go to this store, ask for Ahmed. You will not be disappointed. He has excellent knowledge on the brands they sell and will help you pick out the best pair to suit your needs while keeping your sense of style j. Mind as well. All without being pushy.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received when trying to return a sunglass. Despite being told I could return it, they denied my request. The manager showed no interest and left a voicemail saying after 5 days it couldn't be done. The lack of empathy is unacceptable. Worst service ever.

Purchased a pair of beautiful sunglasses recently. The person who helped me was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location!
