I walked in for a shellac manicure, after reading the reviews. I had to wait about 25 mins for my appointment which is fine, I was told to wait about 15 mins and it is understandable on a Friday night that they would be busy. The manicurist did a beautiful job, very clean. From some of the conversations I heard, there are a lot of long time clients. I will likely go back because the manicure was done so neatly.

I went in for shellac with Jen for the first time and it turned out amazing! I am very picky and i’m glad to say that finally i’d found a professional! I’ll definitely be coming back. I also like that everybody at the salon are soft spoken. 5*!

Did the manicure/shellac for the first time there- was satisfied. Came back 2 weeks after - the same girl did a bad job. Spent 1,5 hours in the chair, spent money, went out almost crying.

Jen is an amazing nail artist! So professional and dedicated! Her work is clean, beautiful, precise and just perfect! She recreated the nail design I showed her on the Internet. From now on - I go only to Jen to do my nails!

Jane is the absolute best! She demonstrates great customer service and pride in her work. She got the job done efficiently and my nails look fabulous! Not to mention, the prices are still very reasonable post Covid.

I had a booked appointment at Grand Nail & Spa on Thursday evening at 4:30pm for a classic manicure and the Grand Pedicure. I had to wait for 10-15 minutes before they started on my nails, which was okay as appointments sometimes overrun. I was at the salon for an hour and a half, and yet they were unable to complete my pedicure. In fact, they only shampooed my feet along with my manicure, but charged me the full amount. The salon staff advised me to come back the next day or day after, and I even left them a tip.The next day, when I went there, she told me to come back after an hour. When I arrived after over an hour, they told me that they would attend to me in five minutes. However, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes before I prompted her to attend to me. Despite being in a rush as my family was picking me up due to bad weather, she still took another 15 minutes to complete my nails. I am extremely disappointed by their attitude and behavior. When I was almost in tears, they refunded me the money for the pedicure, but did not offer an apology or acknowledge the value of my time and money.

I rarely write a reviews but today it was first experience of pedicure with Grand nails and it was so good. Serviced by Tee. She was so polite and kind. Highly recommended for her service.

The best nail salon around. I would recommend that you make an appointment. Walk-ins may have to wait but they are worth the wait! Very professional and always pleasant & friendly. Anyone leaving a negative review is not telling the full story - don't believe them.

They are ok with nails.even after showing inspo pictures, you kinda have to compromise here n there about designs But prices are always a struggle. They charge whatever they want . I been there more than 10 times and have paid less amount for more intricate and blinged up designs. And way more money for simple designs.
