Best and shortest manicure ever! Literally took less than 30 min! They are super friendly too. Would highly recommend. They just relocated near Masonville mall.

I called last minute for a regular mani and pedi and was able to go in the same day. The lady who took care of me was very kind and attentive to details. Had a pleasant experience here, great selection of colours and prices were great too. Would definitely revisit!

I've been going to National Nails every two weeks for 5+ years. I have always gotten a fill and French manicure. I have never left the store disappointed with my nails. I very often have to call Vanessa (owner) last minute to change my appointment because of work commitments and she has always been very accommodating. Occasionally I will chip or break a nail (usually because I caused the break) and Vanessa has taken me in right away and repaired it. I have recommended this nail salon to my daughter in law who is also a regular customer now. Would absolutely recommend this Salon

The location is convenient and easy to find (Best Buy plaza near Masonville Mall), free parking is available right in front of the salon. The salon itself is inviting, clean and comfortable. The equipment is always clean and sanitized which makes me feel safe and gives me peace of mind!Vanessa and all the ladies working there are very welcoming, friendly and professional. I have been to so many different salons and I have finally found the one I'd like to keep going to.Getting my nails done is a self-care experience that should be seamless and make me feel like a princess. That is exactly how it is at National Nails!They offer a huge variety of services at fair prices. Their manis and pedis are amazing, the shellac is always well done and lasts until you get it changed.- PS: it's a diverse, positive and inclusive space. They are very accommodating and that is greatly appreciated by many customers.

Amazing service! The lady that did my nails was SO friendly and sweet and paid such great attention to detail! I felt like I was chatting with an old friend while she quickly and beautifully did my acrylic set. She was so patient when I chickened out of the length of the nails and asked for them shorter.Absolutely beautiful job and unmatched service. After years of searching I think ive found my new salon!

I was there for a mani -pedi appointment. The manicure turned out ok. Not the best ,but ok. The pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. They rush you so much. The calluses were not removed properly. They dont have a uv machine to dry your nails after its done. She asked me to put the toe nails under a fan.( I believe its a fan, as there was no visible uv rays coming from it). She was doing the manicure and managing to do toe nails at the same time. And she asked us to leave without wearing out sandals saying toe nails might not have dried. I know its just a few dollars less than other high quality places, but omg.. very poor quality of service.. really regret it…. Going to go back to my regular place to have my toe nails fixed , as the nail polish came off as soon as i put my sandals.. also our appointment was for 1 hour 15 min. She had double booked herself and had people coming in in the middle of our appointment..

EDIT: They did message me privately and offer to fix the issues I was having, which I think is really nice of them to do.I had my nails done here a few days ago and I'd like to start by saying the nail tech was super kind; very positive and spoke with me the whole time.In terms of quality, almost half my nails are very bubbly and uneven, they seemed very rushed as a few of my nails did turn out fine. I did ask for a simple design which was achieved, but it seemed like the layers of polish were not applied evenly, it was very disappointing to say the least.I was still planning to tip because she was very kind. She was cleaning the station by the time we paid and I did not want to interrupt her cleaning. The lady at cash told me to give her the tip so she could give it to the tech for me, but I saw her put it in the till while her back was turned, I am unsure if she received her tip.If it wasn't for the poor quality of the nails, I would consider returning, but I've had multiple people say I shouldn't have even paid for these or I should have gone back and asked for them to be fixed (I do not get my nails done often and wanted to ask others before making assumptions). Overall the place looked clean, but please be aware they might not be able to meet your needs in terms of even, well-done nails. I would not recommend this place.

My go to! I love everyone there. I've gotten my nails, toes and even hair done. I always feel welcomed and have the best time.

I came to get my nails done for my birthday on Sunday. The staff was very kind however I have/had a few concerns. The first lady started my nails and she was very polite and finished the first steps of the manicure but what really bothered me was that half way through the nail polish application the technician I had got up and left and then another lady took over. I wanted an oval shape for my nails however many of the nails are quite wonky. The lady that took over was doing the nails of so many people at the same time I felt like my nails had no priority and it felt very rushed. The colour I wanted was a baby pink and she explained to me that it would take many layers but not to worry it will not be shear however after I got back I can see a lot of sheerness and honestly the manicure looks very messy. I am disappointed because I never really get my nails done but I wanted them to really be nice for my birthday and I feel like they are so ugly.
