How do you stay in business? I popped in to buy a can of spray paint ( no selection, maybe 4 colors) and 1 small can of paint. I was 1 of 2 customers in the entire store. There was at least 3 people working there but only one on cash who had the urgency of a slug. I waited 5 minutes then 10 minutes with next to no progress with the customer in front of me. I realized it would be faster to drive to home depot and go through self check out then wait another 15 minutes here, so that's what I did. In and out in 5 minutes and excellent selection. Don't waste your time here.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Good prices and great products. They were able to match an old General Paint code to a near perfect match. I told the clerk what my project was, and she estimated the paint that I would need very accurately. I was left with just a 1/4 of a litre when I was done.

Very helpful staff. The staff member accommodated our schedule by staying a few minutes late so that we could pick out the color because of our crazy work schedule. Thank you very much to that wonderful staff member at the Grande Prairie Branch for doing that! The basement looks wonderful and lovely now because of you guys! Thank you ever so much! I will be back and I will recommend you to others as I always have :-)

After looking for paint, for our gutters/eavestrough at 3 local stores to only find a small variety of colour. We decided to go to Sherwin Williams. Not only did we get the exact colour we wanted, the employee gave us a better option of paint for lasting coverage. Thank you, we will be back.

I've always liked the colour selection of sherwin williams... however the price for the quality doesn't really match. I also didn't have a great experience with my last visit to the store as the sales associate was on the phone and made me wait quite a while. When her co-worker came in she was more interested about talking with him rather than helping me. The sales associates also seem to constantly push the most expensive paint they have. But I'll probably use the store again, not enough of a bad experience to completely boycot.
