They put the cables through the my house tress and also they use the city trees.Their work look ugly and they damage the neighborhood look.

Two of their boys *suddenly* showed up on my front lawn (private property) one afternoon with a backhoe and was about to start an excavation. They said Rogers Cable sent them out to do an underground cable repair in my neighbourhood, but I've checked with my neighbours that *none* of us have received letter from Rogers of any project repairs. When I started taking pictures of the condition of my lawn and its surroundings, these boys began yelling at me, behaving in a brash manner on my property telling me that *I need to listen*, asserting that they don't need to give me (us) notice; as if the boy run things around here. Then the younger of the two boys said they'll have their company deal with me -- it is company policy that they can't have pictures taken of them. "

The employees constantly speed past my house. I live in a very well marked 50kph area and the drivers don’t seem to care. If they cant get something as simple as following the speed limit then I question their ability to do anything right.

Few guys from this company came to mccallum crt in Brampton Sept 20 2017 to hide my neighbors cable under my lawn without notice. They broke my moon lights in my garden and tried hiding them. I confronted the worker about it and I was actually nice how I told him accidents do happen and not to hide it next time. He laughed in my face.They left dirt all over my driveway and my grass and flowers are damaged. So during the work they did I have no TV or internet connection now. I told the worker laughed in my face and said to call my provider and hopped in the van and left. Very sad that people hire these type of workers that have no pride in their work. I tried contacting the company but no answer. Now it's going to take approximately 24-48 hrs to get someone to my property to fix whatever they did wrong. Thanx alot CCS cable systems!.

Your reps drove on my lawn, left nothing but garbage on my property. I am truly disappointed by your teams lack of respect for others property. Two weeks in a row I'm left cleaning up my property which has been damaged by uncarfeful employees

Very reliable company to work with. Was working on my street repairing the cable and we’re very courteous to my children as them walked to school.

Not sure what kind if experience others have had but this company came out and removed the eye sore of a cable line running in my trees.My lawn was restored once they completed the work.

Called and inquired about my sod being damaged. Left a message and was concerned that no one would call me back. The next day I received a phone call from a very friendly young lady. Sod was replaced a couple days later.

Worst place to deliver too..they say they'll be right with u then leave u on the street for 1 to 2 hrs.. lazy n clueless hourly people

I too have had a terrible experience with this company... No warning or notice of them doing work on my property.. They left garbage everywhere. They dug a 60 foot long trench, didn't repair or replace any grass..Now I have a front yard of dirt. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at this company. I've tried numerous times. If you see these trucks. Be warned
