Over a couple days I got three very different prices from only two people for one very specific product (and some ridiculous, ensuing lies to cover it up). And support does not exist for new purchases (told to fix it yourself for new buys). Company has lost interest in its clients, caring only for the money - be warned. I don't know if this is because of the influence of their parent company or pandemic fallout or what, but... be warned - you don't matter, you will not be supported, they just want your money, as much as they can convince you to pay. Direct your money elsewhere!

Went to Player One Amusement looking for a pinball machine and dealt with Jerry. He was really helpful, answered all my questions. Jerry was very inviting and showed us around the great show room. He was very knowledgable, provided us with great customer service, and was really patient with us. Would recommend!Edit: just went back a few months later and purchased a pinball table. Once again Jerry assisted me and showed me the ropes of the machine and gave me enough confidence with my purchase.

While playing the arcade games you supply to Palasad in London, Ontario I was able to earn enough tickets to purchase items advertised on your high ticket prize list. This was three months ago that my order was submitted and still have not heard a thing. I was informed three weeks after my submission that you had one of my prizes but did not have the other so it needed to be ordered and should take one week. I have emailed myself and still no response. I understand that the pandemic had affected many things but over 3 months of waiting with no answer is ridiculous.

Great place to purchase a new pinball machine!I went in to look at purchasing a nib pinball machine I thought I wanted. He let me try a few out. Ended up liking one I did not think i would.Jerry power is the man I dealt with and he was great. Quick follow up emails. He has the try before you buy it mentality. And very helpful! I hope anyone looking to buy a pinball in Toronto area goes here first. Before spending 5k on an old pinball consider a new one. For not much more youe getting 20 year newer technology. They have pinball machines to suit all ages.I am leaving this 5 star review because I left with a smile on my face and not a stressed out feeling of having to buy a new pinball machine that very second

These guys sure know how to make things right. The staff go beyond the call of duty, make you feel like family. Looking for our third NIB pin. Can’t wait to visit showroom again when the lockdown ends..A+

Worst scam artists possible. My son spent hours winning a prize and when he finally did they told me they “checked” and he did not win anything. Do NOT play their machines.

Nothing But Great things to say about my experiences with Jerry. We’ve bought multiple Pinball machines and he’s taken care of us every time. Got to test play the machines in The Player One showroom and it was a great time with my wife and kids. If you’re looking for a pinball machine there’s nowhere else better and no one better than Jerry!

We've been purchasing new pinball machines from Jerry since we started in the hobby about 3 years ago. Jerry is a fantastic part of the pinball community. He's not only eager to help, but accommodating and helpful in educating you. A great person to deal with.
