Called to find out prices for a color and was looking at booking an appointment and the lady I spoke with rushed me off the phone and was quite rude, asked if she had done my hair before and I replied no and she said I'm not taking new clients and before I could ask if there was another stylist available, she hung up on me then when I tried calling back she wouldn't answer the phone.
