I had a great experience here buying a new computer. Staff helped me out and offered good advice. They worked together with different opinions and different options. Also they didn’t try to upsell or go with the most expensive option, in some cases recommending cheaper stuff than I was planning if it wouldn’t make a difference. I am very happy with my new build!

Amazing staff and service. Laptop not working properly, wondered if it needed a new battery or replacement. Crystal in service found the problem in the electrical cord, an $8 fix.So grateful - what could have been a major problem was fixed quickly and cheaply!

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!I had been long overdue for a new PC, pretty much limping along on whatever laptop I could get working. When I decided I wanted to build a higher end system that I wouldn't need to worry about for 4 or 5 years, I realized just how much I DIDNT know about current gen PCs, and was shocked at the prices for components like video cards and stuff. I went in to Canada Computers to have a look at their pre-builds, BUT ended up chatting with their staff and asking some questions. Their employee JUSTIN is FANTASTIC! This dude spent SO much time guiding me through the build, answering my questions and ACTUALLY educating me on where to best spend my budget to get the most out of my PC performance for the money. The other folks working were also adding their own tips, and I ended up leaving with a full build speced out and an actually SOLID idea of what to research to finalize the build. When I went back to the shop with some more questions and tweaks, the staff actually REMEMBERED me and Justin was right there to help me decide where to compromise the initial parts list to bring my costs down even further!!When I left the shop that day, I thought about just how much attention and time the entire staff had given me without ANY guarantee that they would see a DIME from it, and the fact that I felt ZERO pressure for upsells or sales tactics, I made a decision: I turned around, cracked open that rainy-day fund, and pulled the trigger on the build.It's been a few weeks now and I couldn't be happier! PC has worked perfectly since I picked it up, it does EXACTLY what I was promised, and the entire experience has made me LOVE PC's again!!HUGE thanks to Justin and the whole crew over at Canada Computers Oshawa. If you want a PC but are worried you don't know enough, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!

I have gone to this Canada Computers location numerous times and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful! I most recently went to find a new keyboard and Michael went above and beyond to help me choose the right one. He was even sure to note the return policy so I knew I could bring it back in case it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Happy to say I'm very happy with my choice and I'm so grateful to the Canada Computer team for their help!

Took my 2 sons there for computer partsStaff was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all there questions and discussed what it was they wanted. They now have 2 awesome computers that they built everything is working flawlessly. Great team and reasonable prices. Thanks for everything

Helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of computers products, stay away from the cheaper brands like Kings'dun though. Store looks a bit run down, but almost 90% of Canada Computers do.

Gotta love Canada computers, I come here for all of my electronics and computer hardware. They often have great sales and their prices are competitive when compared to online for many items. They also have knowledgeable staff that can help and make legit recommendations.

I'm really impressed with the amount of stores this company has managed to develop and maintain . Really great staff in every single one I've been to. Competitive pricing and a wide array of merchandise. Staff is also extremely knowledgeable.

After going to several other places, we ended up here looking for a laptop for school.Justin was extremely helpful and had more knowledge than one can expect from the ceo of Lenovo( one day Justin..) In the short period of time, we learned ALOT about computers. Justin was able to acknowledge our requirements and had a handfull of options that where well within our budget.Unlike the 3 other places we had been to, we did not at all feel pressured or obligated to make an impulse purchase. Dealing with Justin felt like going to a knowledgeable family member for advice on a new laptop.It's rare you find people that take pride in what they do, and it seems that the staff here work very well together.Wish this was my first stop!!

Best place to buy electronics. Heven for computer lovers. Huwai watch is too good. Gaming zone accessoires are awesome.
