I recently came here for an ice cream. NEVER AGAIN. The prices were insane so I only got a single scoop. They claimed the waffle cones were freshly made but they were as hard as a rock. I swear I chipped my tooth. The worker didn’t say that a waffle cone was an extra dollar. The ice cream was just okay. For $6.76, I am NOT happy.

Laura Secord is always a great treat! Staff are always friendly and attentive. The only location left in Windsor is at Tecumseh Mall which is unfortunate, a second location should be brought back to Devonshire Mall. Laura Secord has chocolates, candies and ice cream. As well they have small tubs to take home if you want it for later or drive across the city for it. They also have a loyalty card which works when you purchase scoops or the tubs to go.

Wayyyyyy overpriced. Almost $13 for 2 ice cream cones. Not even great ice cream. Never again. Disgusted with this place and those prices. McDonald's ice cream is far better and cheaper. Pay for the name, not quality at this place.

The staff here isn't the most attentive. Although there's no customers it generally takes them awhile to notice you often because they are too engrossed in a conversation with other mall employees.It's expensive for the amount of ice cream you get, a single scoop barely clears the top of the cone and often the cones and chocolate cameos are stale.
