I was hesitant going outside of the downtown zone for my passport photograph. But I am so glad I did because Gerry' quality of service far outdid the poor service provided by the famous downtown camera and photo shop. Reviewing his work I can assure that when getting your photograph with him you do not have to accept that passport photos can never be good. Gerry did such an amazing job. He actually makes a passport photo look as good as it possibly can. He makes you comfortable enough so you can appear your natural self in the final photo. He was also very generous with giving me options and time to try different looks, so I can be fully satisfied of what I am getting. I highly recommend getting your photograph with Gerry if you are in Kingston. He is the best, really!

I had to get my child passport photos done, to renew his passport. My experience was wonderful, I had an appointment confirmed, and within an hour we had our photos. I always try my best to support my local small businesses and I highly encourage anyone to use this gentleman’s services.

I had my visa and graduation photos taken at Tsing and am very happy with the results. Jerry is an amazing photographer. He gave clear communication beforehand on what to wear, etc. and upon arrival, guided me through the photo-taking process. He is very patient, caring, and detail-oriented. I was quite nervous and he lightened the mood with his humour. He was able to capture moments and a mood that I normally did not see in photos of myself. I am very satisfied with my photos.His service also went beyond my expectations. I was leaving Kingston the next day and he offered to mail me the printed photos if I was unable to pick them up afterwards; he ended up personally delivering them to me later the day the photos were taken.
