Enterprise Rent-A-Car
The best in customer service. I rented a car. Dropped off one day earlier. They happily accepted that. I left my wallet in the car and Kevin helped to send it back directly to my home. So they came twice once to drop me and then to drop the wallet. Cant thank them enough.Kevin- the manager was very helpful.

Kevin was very helpful in putting a reserve on a SUV at another location in Kitchener. The staff at the other location kept putting us off when we were not satisfied with the cheap vehicle they gave us originally. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle from Kevin at this location.

I’m still going to give the company as a low rating because I’ve waited something like 2 months for head office to call me back? I’ve followed up with 1-2 phone calls a week. Nobody cares. The moral of the story is. Don’t crash yaaa car or you have to deal With rental companies.However, this location luckily has decent staff. So if you crash your car don’t feel woe, this location on union street is where you should go!

Great customer service from Kevin the manager. He was such a great help -when they didn’t have the car I wanted- he switched it out once he got one in stock. Very helpful. Will come back to this location.

There were two gentlemen who helped us, one was new and very kind and the other seemed a bit more seasoned and very helpful, even offered us free hot chocolate and an upgrade to an SUV. Appreciative of both of their services.
