I found this company on the internet. Paul, Micaiah, & I had a few phone calls, exchanged texts, & emails/IDs, immediately the secure portal was set up for my husband and me. Communications were excellent and descriptive. My texts were answered promptly. Micaiah took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Some days I hand delivered complex files. Micaiah was willing to look at past receipts which I could have missed in previously due to my husband's long term illness. The fee was reasonable when compared to what I had paid to the previous accountant.We do have son, a CPA. Normally I do my own taxes, but it was a bad year of tax procrastination and I when I finally sat down I realized I was ill prepared for some unique transactions this year. Contacted Paul Zober and within a couple of days, the online accounts were setup, documents uploaded and they responded with a couple of clarifying questions. Communication was excellent, process was straightforward and the entire experience was as easy as one could hope for. It will be difficult to convince myself to do my own taxes next year when this was so easy.
