I had a problem with water backing up into my tub. Justin spent hours snaking the line and with his line camera was finally able to find the cause. A branch had been shoved down an external sewer line. With some difficulty Justin was able to remove the branch which cleared the clog that was causing the backup.Unfortunately, one issue remains unresolved. My toilet seat was accidently cracked during work and despite the promise that it would be replaced, it has not been. I've had no response to my enquiries.

Justin was so extremely helpful with choose which furnace and AC to go with for the size of our house and our lifestyle. He gave us the time to consider all the options and has extremely professional and helpful with the installation of both.
