I take my 92 year old mother to get her hearing checked and hearing aides monitored at this location. Anna always greets us with a big smile and provides us excellent service. My Mom was very hesitant at first about wearing hearing aides. Phyllis was very patient and explained everything clearly and reassured my mother. She was fitted for hearing aides and has been wearing them for about a year now. She is extremely happy with the result and is regretting not getting in to see Phyllis sooner. They readily offer extra batteries and free cleaning as well as overall care of the ear. Would highly recommend this location!!

Got a new pair of hearing aids. They did hearing tests, took care of excess wax in one ear. They fitted the units to each ear and set then up tailored for hearing and they set up a follow up appointment for a couple weeks later to make sure that everything is working properly and that you are comfortable.

The level of customer service was up to a VERY high standard. The staff were very interested in me as an individual patient/client and worked to get me the help I needed with hearing aids. The new aid I got is TOP of the line and works flawlessly. Much thanks to Phyllis and Anna.

This new hearing aid is my 3rd set over the span of 15 years. I have been very fortunate to have dealt with Phyllis, the same audiologist all this time.She is a delight to deal with given her competence, expertise, vast knowledge and patience.I also take this opportunity to thank Anna who has been most accommodating as to maintaining them in the most gracious manners.I highly recommend this outfit and if anything to ensure you don’t need a hearing aid given their honesty.

Hearing loss is a very real problem.. Most people never have a hearing check up until they notice significant hearing loss. You can never get back what you have lost. My hearing loss was affecting my everyday life. My wife suggested Hearing Solutions in Thornhill. Phyllis made all the difference . She assisted me in getting the best available hearing aids for my condition. I've been using them for just over a year now. I went back for a recent check up today. I have just ordered my third set of e-ears from the store on Clarke Ave in Thornhill. The professionalism, courtesy and problem solving are and have been terrific.Both Phyllis and Anna have always found ways to find solutions and make problems disappear.

I recently bought my second hearing aid from Hearing Solutions. The first one is still working after almost 6 years but I wanted an aid with more electronic connectivity. Phyllis has provided me with very skilled audiology services and Anna has always looked after my appointments perfectly. This place is amazing. Phyllis the Audiologist, took the time to walk me through all the details of my hearing aid and made it so simple for me to use. She was so patient and thorough.
