Claudio and his team are great at what they do and I wouldn’t hesitate, for a second, to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great general contractor in the GTA.My fiancé and I had the pleasure of having Claudio renovate our main floor and roof. While the reno process can be stressful, Claudio was there to help us every step of the way. It was clear early on that Claudio was thorough (spent 2+ hours with us building a detailed project plan, in person, before we signed a contract), communicative (shared updates with us almost daily and always responded to questions quickly), personable (friendly, easy to talk to and explained everything) and an overall fantastic contractor (quality final product and everything was on schedule).My fiancé and I had reached out to several contractors before deciding to work with Claudio. While other contractors took weeks to respond and estimated 3-6 months before they could even start, Claudio started the project one week after we signed! From signature to completion the project took only six weeks, an impressive feat considering the amount of work we had done.The new kitchen and living area are both functional and beautiful, Claudio truly turned our vision into a reality. We hired CNG Contracting to redo the entrance at our church. They did an incredible job, on time and on budget. We are very satisfied with the results. Claudio explained everything from the beginning and gave us a detailed estimate showing everything we discussed for our basement renovation.Always keeping us up to date on every phase of the project and following the deadlines he gave us on the initial meeting.The GNG team was very respectful, they have great communication. The team work very clean, they cleaned the work area every day, they were very prepared and created a very safe environment.They cleaned our basement at the end, Claudio made sure the final product was more than what we were expecting. We had a leak in our basement in May of 2022 which caused quite a bit of damage, this was mainly used as a play area for my two sons ages 5 and 2. With a lot of back and forth for months with the preferred insurance company’s contractor which clearly showed a lack of urgency on their part to repair the damages and frankly silently refused the work.Giving the preferred insurance company’s every opportunity to fix the damages I was forced to find my own contractor in mid October of 2022 (yes, you read correctly 5 months later). With no where to turn I did a google search and came across Claudio’s company CNG Contracting. At first, I was hesitant and gave Claudio a high-level outline of my situation, which he was very honest and direct with me which put me at ease. Once he understood the situation, he came over to assess the damage and I have to say I was very impressed!He explained how the process works and how he operates. You will receive an estimate with a timeline and cost brake down. You’ll also receive pictures showing the progression of the project (start, middle and finish). You get a real time update as to how things are going from day to day which was VERY accurate! Claudio’s crew was very clean, polite, courteous and their craftsmanship speaks for itself as it at a very high level!I would highly recommend CNG Contracting as they do what they say and follow through. CNG Contracting is one of the good guys!

From day one. The clear explanation and detailed estimate made us understand what we needed to know in terms of time lines and cost.Claudio and CNG team completed a very difficult task to demo all three bathrooms on our upper and main floor as well as , kitchen floor foyer and complete the project within the expected timeline and before Christmas. All in all 5 weeks.Incredible communication and cleanliness. Safety for DNA high priority for this guys. Our home had a site final clean up for us not to worry about anything.We definitely would use their services again and will recommend CNG contracting to family and friends.

From beginning to finish Claudio has gone above and beyond. The level of care, commitment, honesty and detail he provided has exceeded our expectations in every way. From the first time we spoke with Claudio over the phone we could immediately tell the level of knowledge and detail he was going to provide. On our first visit he spent 3 hours coming up with a realistic and accurate breakdown of cost, details and what we can expect for a finished product. His system made it easy for us to understand cost breakdowns and have control for modifications or changes right from the start. There was never a time he wasn't available for a response or a question. The kindness, respect and professionalism from Claudio is unmatched in the construction/renovation world, we had complete faith in his feedback and guidance. More than a few occasions he took his time to assess other things in the home that could need attention, even things that were short cut from prior contractors including caulking that was separating from brick, buffles missing in the attic for airflow and even bathroom ventilation that was never even routed properly, these are just to name a few! He documents all of the processes so you can see visually and understand every step taken the entire way. We truly made a friend during this process, the outcome of these renovations are breathtaking and we couldn't be happier with CNG Renovations and his team! CNG Contracting! Claudio did an amazing job with our condo reno! He worked with us to ensure we were satisfied with every single detail. Giving us choices based on our budget. He was honest (with what needs to be done and not), patient, reliable and made our vision a reality!His use of tech was also very impressive and helpful with 3D designs, online process for cost tracking, progress pictures and payment approval etc. He has changed our expectations from contractors!

I am very very confident to recommend CNG for any area of their business. When we first met Claudio, we had a great experience as he walked us through the entire project process according to what we needed; he made a drawing on the spot and accurately created the estimate.Our questions were answered as we went along the process, including the selection of materials. He showed us which were high-quality and worth paying for.When we started the project, the CNG Contracting team showed up on time, and everything was according to schedule. They had a process assuring the completion stage was on time, and we had no delay.Something very important to us was that we had control of the finances; the payment schedule concluded after the stages, not before. Also, it was noticeable the system was created to protect our investment and we believe that the transparency that CNG Contracting runs their business is very reliable and trustworthy giving us access to a follow-up system where we could keep an eye on the project from the pictures and videos uploaded regularly.Our experience with Customer service was perfect, whenever we had a question or need, any time of the day, we contacted Claudio and had all our questions explained and answered.The CNG Team had the house protected from day ONE, covering floors/ staircase/ hallways and creating containments to minimize the dust throughout the project; overall, the house was clean, safe and organized every day.,At the end of the project, we had a Professional (PDI) inspection and warranty included for any minor adjustments or touch-ups needed, as well as a 2-YEAR WARRANTY for all our plumbing / electrical and HVAC installed AND INSPECTED by CNG.If you want to be surprised and impressed with things you were not expecting, CNG is the team to hire!
