Called at closing asked if they had a color of phone I wanted ,they say “yes” no problem we have it then I get there I’m first customer that morning when it opened after driving from 30 mins away they tell me they don’t have it in stock I have been with TELUS for 6 years and every time I deal with them I get more sick of them I will be switching to a different company ASAP their customer service skills are non existent
