This business is so unprofessionally operated and shady as they sold me products that they never even had in stock. I purchased 3 lvl 2.0e 1 3/4 x 9.5" at 16' lengths. When I came to pickup I find out they don't have them and then they make excuses that they can't refund me back the money to my card. Instead they say maybe we will have the lumber by Friday and I purchased on Tuesday. I cannot wait that long because I'm in the middle of a project. So they tried to rip cut engineered beams down to 9 1/2" depth that they had laying in the yard with a small table saw that kept jamming until it broke and the rip cut was so crooked not even straight. They kept trying to push me to take the improperly cut lvl beams which no longer would have any engineered meaning anymore. I went to Star building supplies and they professionally sold me the proper lvl beams without any issues. I had to keep coming back to Sunder lumber for a week to try and get my money back multiple times wasted so much of my time. I had to almost get the police involved just to get my money back form these crooks. Never again would I ever deal with them! Stay away!"

I noticed this company has deleted e everyone’s 1 star review and paid to have 15-20 5 star reviews if that does not speak to their integrity I don’t know what does. From incorrect supply, refusing to adjust to correct materials, leaving materials on site with no communication then trying to charge people and on top of that lying and providing AWFUL CUSTOMER service this company is RUINING Calgary’s supply industry STAY AWAY FROM SUNDERS LUMBER

Drivers are unprofessional. No PPE on site. No hard hats and no high visibility. Maybe someone should get OHS to look into this.
