Very surprised by the service we received by a company that gets strong reviews. I ordered sod+ soil on May 3rd for delivery May 30th. I called Manderley on May 29th to ensure our order was on track. I was informed that we wont receive our order for weeks. I understand delivery times can be delayed but I would recommend giving your customers some sort of heads up.

Was able to order quickly and efficiently during Covid days. Our grass looks great. A couple of rolls were thinly cut and had to be used for patches which is why we ordered a percent over what we needed. Would have been better if we had some confirmation in writing, such an an email to confirm order and pricing, but ordering was all verbal. Overall, product and service was great.

We built a new garden in the yard, then filled it in with Premium Garden Soil from Manderley. Without spreading any seeds, we noticed poison Ivey growing all over the soil !! If it were only weeds, we could still plant our vegetable and take care of weeds later. However, with poison Ivey growing all over the garden, it is not possible or safe to grow vegetables. Our new garden is now useless. We paid about $200 for one cube of Premium garden soil, and we were hopeful to grow good amount of vegetable this summer. We now have to take the soil out, and put in new soil from another company.

Informed us of what to expect from bad sod installment. The company we delt with will follow up later next week. May need to get help from these guys...

Not impressed with customer service. if I would have known I would have gone with the yellow big bag or greely.my experience with Manderly is they do not honor their delivery dates, communicate in general (confirmation or delays), or answer their phone.not impressed. Can I have my money back???

We've been installing their sod since 2010. Manderley's product, customer service and delivery coordination is fantastic! They've always stood behind their product and we pass along the product and our installation guarantee to our customers.
