Having been a patient of Dr. Ng's for almost 20 years, I can say that he is very attentive and extremely knowledgable. He makes your vision and overall health his priority and you can be assured that you are receiving the best possible care. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I do not trust anyone else for my eye care except for Dr. Ng and his amazing staff.

He genuinely cares about us and thoroughly treats all our eye care needs...he is a doctor and friend whom we trust completely. Our family has some difficult health issues he is able to deal with. The lady (I think her name was Jenny) took my file today was both friendly and professional. She explained each step before she started the eye exam and she was very thorough with disinfecting the equipment before use. She was experienced with using the equipments and it did not take long to finish the eye exams and had my pupils dilated. A good annual eye check experience today.

It is a great experience from the moment I walked into the door till I leave. The staff is super friendly they all seemed to know exactly what they are supposed to do. Dr. Albert Ng is experienced and he also knows what is best for me as a client. High quality eye wears at its best. I have been going to him over the last 4 decades.

Dr. Ng has been taking care of our family's vision health for over 30 years. He is knowlegeable, patient and very considerate. He is not only a doctor but is more a family friend to us. In particular, my wife has suffered from glaucoma for years resulting in severe dry eye conditions. Dr. Ng had tried different ways to alleviate her situation in a very compassionate manner. He checked on her vision issues on a regular basis to make sure that she receives the optimal vision care that she could get. We are forever grateful to have such a caring doctor for our family.

I’ve been Dr Ng’s patient for 15+ years now and he has been fantastic. His staff are all very friendly and his clinic is constantly advancing in eye care technology. I’m so happy with the AOK lenses and it has definitely made a huge impact in my day-to-day life. I’m so thankful he introduced it to me! I highly recommend Dr Ng!

As a client of over 6 years, this place is amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience (aside from the news i need to take a break from the lenses -glasses unfortunately-). The receptionists and helpers are all very kind and helpful, they engage in small conversations and always bring smiles. Dr Albert is one of a kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him anytime and always look forward to the appointments no matter how far they are. Keep it up!
