store is dead and or dying and the attitude i got there was less than professional. that chill dude" also has some anger issues and poor skills as a luthier.very sad and depressing. he took in my guitar for repair then did a sloppy job

The staff here is very friendly always welcoming. The staff knows there stuff and the owner is good with repairs on guitars I have taken my guitars to him and always satisfied with the work quality done. Lots of selection of strings 7 string kits, drop tuning strings. Premium quality products here my next guitar will be purchased here they have used equipment for sale that you can get a good deal on. The store also carries books for learning instruments. A wide selection of acoustics. Will return in the future.

Wanted a keyboard on a whim, stopped in not thinking much but I was pleasantly surprise by the comfortable feeling you get when you walk in the door. Guy behind the till was super friendly and knew a bunch about what we looked at (ended up buying a keyboard) and he didnt pressure us at all which was a nice change. Overall great experience, prices were on par with major retailers, and you feel comfortable while shopping there. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I are both trained musicians and when we were in the store for less than 10 minutes we were told we had to leave if we weren't going to buy anything even though my boyfriend was planning on buying a sheet music book. The man at the desk was very rude and when we left in haste he tried to somewhat reconcile how rude he was to us but it was too late. We were the only two in the music" store (mostly a craft gift shop)

If you're looking for crafting supplies and/or music equipment this is the place to go. They have just about everything a person could want in that regard. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which made finding what I was looking for, that much easier.

I drove 2 hrs to visit this store only to find a sign saying it was closed but the hours of service on Google had it open. Disappointed.

I always try and shop local when I can to try and support smaller community businesses. I do a lot of vinyl work, t-shirts, signs ETC. I have bought HTV Vinyl from here before and purchased some new stuff and it was a terrible product. When I called in the guy was very friendly and told me to bring it in and speak to the lady who does the craft side. When I brought it in he greeted me and got the lady to return. She was absolutely rude, didn't say hi or anything. If you are going to be rude and not customer service friendly then I guess I will take my business to the big box store in the city.
