Brantford-Pediatrics

Brantford-Pediatrics has been a wonderful experience! The staff including Nicole, Natalie and Dr. Salim are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoy that communications are text friendly and highly responsive. My regular consultant, Natalie, makes me feel very comfortable and she truly cares for me and my son.

My doctor sent over a requisition about a month ago. I called the place and left a message , my husband and myself were sent a text that said “hello”. I didn’t answer because I don’t know the number. Since we didn’t respond they never called to book or speak to us personally. My child has a food allergy and is only able to be on one formula.Very disappointed because I don’t know any medical practice that texts people and doesn’t call or follow up with them.Or Atleast text and say “hello this is ……. From brantford paediatrics Regarding your voicemail or requisition.”I had to get my doctor to send the referral elsewhere.There is no excuse for this .

Wish I could give negative rating. One of the worst receptionist you would ever see around. She is not at all suitable for this post and not sure how come the management does not know about it. She told me that she will mot give any appointment to my 4 year old child as I could not go on the set appointment date. I am going to report this to the health minitry of Canada too but wanted to let everyone know about this incident. How could a receptionist deny a appointment to a 4 year old kid.

Worst clinic with the most lying receptionist ever. One of the worst receptionist I have ever come through. She will try to find excuses to cancel the appointments and would put false allegations on the guardians/care givers.
