Burger King

I ordered a whopper bacon combo, no tomato no onion, heavy pickle.2 different people took my order, I was asked 2 times if i wanted cheese and both times i said no. My burger had cheese… I ordered another bacon cheese whopper combo and a roadhouse combo, had to repeat those drinks 2 times and ordered a coffee and repeated myself 3 times that i wanted a coffee and the size. And then when i got to the window they gave me the drinks without the coffee and then asked if i had the coffee. Nobody paid attention like listen to detail. Everyone in that restaurant wears headsets like all of you cant be hearing impaired.

Had a wonderful experience this afternoon, was a bit busy which isn't bad since it’s just opened. Food was super yummy and the place was looking good! I will say there are a lot of people being trained right now but I’m sure that’s how it will be for the first bit since they just opened but that’s ok, we were all there once. Thanks to the young gentleman serving me he did a great job!

Horrible service, they hired all the 13-14 year olds who can’t get any of your orders right, messed up my order two times now, first time forgot a while hired next time I got a huger with Bacon when I clearly said NO BACON. Not going back save your money go elsewhere honestly.

Today I drove through this Burger King and my experience was super good, I ordered Impossible Burger Combo and it was hot and delicious(decent amount of vegetables and fries).Burger was juicy and melted in my mouth.Fries was crunchy,hot and salty. I got my order in no time and staff was very nice.

This is a new location so I really wanted to make sure that I gave it a fair run.... This is my fifth visit.... Been consistently bad.I've never left a review like this before but I actually think there is an individual manager here that is the problem she's on every evening and I've just noted some fairly unprofessional and i think racist behavior... Every time she serves somebody with the same racial background as herself she's friendly helpful chatty informative and generally quite nice... Everybody else however gets treated like garbage I've just had a sashay of mayonnaise practically thrown at me... For daring to ask if I could get condiments... Meanwhile the company in front of me just had a 10 minute chat and got everything they asked for without being grunted at.

I usually don't give bad reviews unless something is really bad. This is my fourth visit here, there is lady usually in the evenings (think she is the Manager or something) is really really rude and unprofessional. Looks like she has some issues with people with color, I just asked for no ice in my drink and she made such a bad face and took a deep breath like I am eating for free.She behaves differently with the people depending on who she is dealing with. If someone from management is reading this, please investigate. Noticed that there are similar reviews for the same lady.

What a new and good Burger King it is. They have everything such as ketchup, tissues, different drinks and …Only their tables were not clean enough and the water pressure in the washroom was low. I do hope that they do this things for all their customers as soon as possible. Then I’ll give them 5 stars.

Early days so I’ll be open minded to return at some point. I have been excited to have a whopper here ever since I found out they were opening. Love me a not far from home whopper.The young lady that served me did a great job and was really chatty and friendly. She needed her manager because my order was a bit of a pain. Manager explained why I couldn’t have exactly what I wanted in a nice way.Down to the rating killer. I’m a fatty trying not to be a fatty so doing the whole keto thing. It isn’t Burger King’s fault they can’t accommodate it but still kind of is. Low carbs been around forever can’t be that hard to have some full lettuce leafs hanging around to make a lettuce bun. Regardless I still order two whoppers with cheese not ketchup or pickles. Thinking I’ll basically have a whopper salad with mayo. Comes with no mayo. Boo. Go to full up my Coke Zero and no ice. Get to the table area, every table is dirty. You are brand new?!? How you don’t have someone out there cleaning tables is crazy. First impressions.Anyways, quality control lacking, the people are nice and the dry whopper was still somewhat tasty.So much potential, your competition around the corner (starts with M) is inconsistent and also dirty. The bar is pretty low.Back for second visit, maybe my bad for showing up 15mins before closing. Cold fries, undercooked onion rings, a half decent whopper. For some reason there was some apple pies we didn’t order in our bag. It was $27 for a whopper and a junior whopper (both combos). So maybe we paid for the apple things. They were decent.Still three stars.Third times a charm! Ordered a couple whoppers. They were perfect. Exactly what I was hoping for. Flavour, temperature spot on. Four stars!

This is my second time to this new Burger King, and both experiences were not good. On the first visit, i went inside, things seemed hectic and unorganized, and i waited a long time for my food. But i understood the restaurant just opened so i figured it would get better.Today i visited again, but this time at the drive through. Ordered a Whopper Combo, the fries were cold and old. i went back and they agreed to replace, the gave me half the fries i was supposed to get. after i drove off, i then noticed that the burger was also cold. i didn't have time to go back but it caused me to do this review. as i'm a fan of Burger King, and this new one just opened close to my home, i really hope the service gets better.
