I had Alan and his crew build a deck for us in our new house. From start to finish they were amazing to deal with and the finished product is a real show-piece for the yard. We've had numerous compliments and neighbours asking for a business card. Alan made sure that we were okay with how it looked at each step of the way and we felt incredibly comfortable getting what we wanted. ABSOLUTELY would recommend Cogan to anyone needing a project done right.

Alan and his team built a PVC deck and wood fence for our brand new home. We obtained several quotes for composite/PVC decks before deciding to go with them. From the start, he was a good communicator and answered any questions we had. His price also came in lower than the others. We would not hesitate to recommend Alan to anyone. Yes he is busy, and for good reason. We can't wait to enjoy our new deck for years to come!

Alan fixed our basement after it got flooded (flooring, drywall and painting). He and his crew are responsive, got back to us within the day from the time we contacted them. They were also extremely fast, finishing the job within a week of starting. The crew that worked in our site was considerate and careful. As the work proceeded, any concerns that came up were easily solved. We are extremely happy with our new basement and would definitely hire Cogan Contractors again.

We needed our front steps redone and Alan’s quote came in at a very reasonable price. We ended up getting them to do our side step at the same time. They were efficient in getting the work done and worked quickly when they uncovered some issues from the builder. His crew were all very respectful and made it a seamless project for us. Overall extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Alan and his team are fantastic. I would strongly recommend Cogan Contractors to anyone.They completed a large fence project for my neighbours and I...about 580 feet of fence. They were efficient and professional from the initial quoting to the project completion. Alan ensured regular checkpoints, and frequent communication, throughout the project to confirm that we were satisfied and address any questions or concerns. Alan built me a replacement deckWonderfull to work with. Came in lower than original estimate as they were able to save some of structural supports.Took only about 24 hours and bin was picked up quick.Great crew. I recommend them fully.Very refreshing after some of the rip-off artists that I asked for bids.

Cogan built us a replacement deck. I was very impressed with Alan and his crew. From the outset, communication was great and he actually took the time to come out and take a look at my old deck. I am always a little bit skeptical with online reviews, but I have to say everything I read about them online reflected our experience. Highly recommend and will consider them for future work.

Alan and his crew are amazing . They removed our old deck and built a deck that my wife and I are very proud . Alan listened to our requests and gave us input. Alan and his Crew were great! They did fantastic work and were awesome to deal with. I've never had such an easy time dealing with a contractor before. Ever! Their attention to detail was absolutely fantastic and we are extremely pleased at the end result.
