Had a great experience here with this dealership thanks to Amy in sales who made the process simple and without any hassle. From dealing with Tyler the manager, Ashley in finance and Mr Gardiner who delivered my car right to my door in a truck! They were all so professional and pleased with their service. All the sales staff here are all friendly too including the automotive tech who assisted me with the free coffee machine lol. I will recommend this dealership. Thank you Amy and Midland Honda!

What a positive experience getting my '21 Ridgeline serviced at Midland Honda. I was very impressed to receive an email with a video done by the service technician showing the underside of my truck and the brakes/rotors, describing their condition. Free shuttles to and from the dealership were great. I even received my truck all washed at no extra charge. This is the way to do it! Well done Midland Honda.

Our family had the pleasure of purchasing 2 vehicles from Midland Honda. The product is amazing, but what sets Midland Honda apart is the incredible customer experience start to finish. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dillon, Tyler & Alan although every staff member we passed including technicians were sure to say “hello, how are you?”. The information & Service provided while we looked for the perfect vehicles to suit our family’s needs was spot-on, and comfortable. At delivery, our entire family (including a 5-year old girl & 2-year old boy) enjoyed the exciting experience. I went to Midland Honda for my first new car purchase ever. They made everything extremely easy from booking my test drive all the way to purchasing my car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rocco and Ashley. Rocco was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all the features of the civic, very helpful in his guidance through Honda's various warranties and overall really professional and polite the entire way through. He even personally delivered the vehicle for me and went through all the features/functions in detail until I was comfortable with everything. Ashley was also very helpful in going through the final touches to be added on the car as well as various warranties and services that Honda offers. I even contacted her prior to my delivery to add in an additional item and she made it happen with no issues at all. Overall, I would recommend anyone buying new or used to visit Midland Honda. Their service is exceptional!

Midland Honda dealerships. The facility is state of the art and absolutely stunning. The staff here at Midland is top class from service to sales everyone here is excellent.Due to the circumstances I had to find a Car ASAP I visited my local dealer and reserved a CRV EK L, the car was delayed and I had to look at other dealers, My Daughter and Son called all Honda Dealers, The one that stood up was Midland HondaI've purchased a Honda CR-V EXL from Midland and the entire process was so smooth. Josh was the salesperson who assisted me. Lauren was the finance person that we worked with and she was prompt with her responses, the vehicle was delivered to me by trailer and the delivery was smooth too. Thanks Midland Honda team for making my experience seamless.
