Took my Indian Pursuit to a whole new level! The thing absolutely rips! The Empire Cycle team treated me like family. First time customer and now a forever customer.

I spent a lot of time researching for a place to bring the motor from my 95 flhtc. It ran great when I pulled it out of the bike but had some gasket weeping I came across Empire cycle on line and read lots of great reviews. Eventually I brought my motor there to have it broken down, gone through and rebuilt. Initially I spoke with an employee by the name of John.he was very friendly, informative and thorough.they called me after tear down and gave me a complete overview of what was needed I picked up my motor today. It looks great! Very clean and ready for me to reinstall. The service was great and the pricing very fair. I would refer anybody I know to go there for service and I plan to give them any return business I may have for other issues that I can not or do not want to do on my own.

Pretty alright customer service, nice guys, etc. Mid-size motorcycle repair shop. Got new pegs put in the zx6r & they worked out fine. It is located in a scenic rural working-class neighborhood close to the ol' workplace, the house & Orono High School. Occasionally difficultA parent, Robert, has no complaints with a couple hundred bucks of work on an 80's Honda. A sibling, Rick, has also gotten some work done there, on a 90's Yamaha Virago motorcycle. Thanks to Eric at Empire Cycle for getting that work order done for me

This is absolutely the best bike repair shop I’ve ever visited. Eric was so helpful and kind. During my lower 48 state ride I got some bad gas in Mission SD, which fouled my plugs. Empire Cycle had the plugs I needed in stock and Eric allow me to use his spark plug socket so I could replaced the plugs just outside his shop. He would have gladly done it but the shop is so busy he couldn’t get to it right away and I had a schedule to keep. Jen was fantastic and John was friendly too. If you need work done this is the shop. I wouldn’t be surprised if if everyone in the twin cities takes their bikes to Empire Cycle.

Picked up my little 550 last week from Eric, and it's running like new. Carb cleaned, fork seals and new chain and sprockets. Good service and competitive pricing. Will be bringing it back for tires in the near future. Doesn't matter if it's a little putz around bike or a Harley, looks like they work in them all.

Definitely worth the ride out to receive great service and value! Office Admin is friendly, straightforward, and looks out for the customer. She did a great job walking me through the specifics I needed to do for submitting tire mail-in-rebate. Will definitely be a repeat customer and look forward Empire Cycle helping with my next mod.

I use to use empire cycle and referred them to EVERYONE has Eric is a great mechanic and an honest guy. Was super excited they were moving to st micheal until I learned they are ONLY working on American Vtwin motors (aka Harley) now super disappointed he decided to go that route

Super awesome shop to work with. Answered the phone right away and were able to order the parts I needed for my bike ASAP. Even helped me out with crush washers that nobody else seemed to have in stock to do my oil change. Highly recommend for any parts needs.

I was excited that Empire moved into a bigger building in St. Michael that was closer to me since I used to drive 30+ minutes to their Corcoran location.I called Empire to get a rear tire replaced on my motorcycle, but was told by Eric that they only work on domestic bikes now. And if they want me to take a look at it I will have to remove the tire myself and bring it in.Even through they had worked on my Kawasaki three times in the last 5 years. Once to replace a tire, another to replace the windshield, handlebars and mirrors and a third time to install heated handgrips.I am disappointed that I cannot recommend them to anyone who does not have a domestic bike.
