I had an excellent experience here. I was unhappy because my old phone had died and I still owed money on it because of my contract. But Elisabet was wonderful, making sure I had the best deal possible and setting up my new phone for me. She was helpful, professional and caring. Bravo!

I went to the store to buy a portable charger. I gave them all the correct information about my phone. They told me it was going to work. It didn't. The plugs didn't fit. I am going to go back and get a refund. Terrible customer service. Don't shop there.

I wasnt sure if I would stay with Telus after 15 years - but Elizabeth convinced me. She was informative, helpful and took her time with me. I left with a new contract and the Samsung 22.It's not easy being almost 60 years old and not phone savvy. Elizabeth made me comfortable, answered all my questions, transferred my files - she went 100% above and beyond!
