This a different kind of restaurant it’s the kind that say I don’t want a big meal I wanted more to socialize with friends and just relax A place where you have a drink and share your food. I do like the concept. However I wish it had a little more variety not necessary for the food but for the drinks. Yes the wine is excellent choices. But would like to see a different variety of other drinks. The drinks are very strong however there is only about 7 different drinks and they don’t really know how to make anything different. I recommend that every night they should have one two special drinks that makes things more interesting. Like for example when it’s a summer evening a pitcher of sangria would make a nice choice. Or a selection of Italian sofas. Those are ver easy to make and brings a nice fun atmosphere. Lastly I would recommend a soft kind of music just to dampen the sound as it does get kind of noise. But the service is excellent. It is a fun place to try for sure. I recommend anybody that is from out town to go and try this place out.

The most lovely service and wine selection! Our server was amazing and really knowledgeable about the wines. Also so excited about their variety of orange wines! Only thing I’d change is the bread - wasn’t as tangy as a sourdough should be in my option. Overall good food though and the peanut butter cheesecake was especially yummy too

Had the most amazing food and drinks here, I’m still dreaming of it weeks later (and planning my next visit!!)We had the baked brie & preserves, pork satay, and the lamb meatballs…. They were ALL out of this world, and the drinks were of course marvellous. Don’t delay visiting here like I had been; go check it out!!!!

Now this is how to do it right! Fine food delightful staff, very accommodating and attentive , clean open fresh atmosphere and beautiful combination of foods and beverage. We will be back for sure. Adore we don’t have to travel for such Finesse and personal dinning. Thank you for adding some class to the Lethbridge Vibe.

Steel and Vines is an absolute must go for anyone in Lethbridge or passing through. From the amazing drink selection to the perfectly crafted sharable plates, everything is perfect! Not to mention, the service was exceptional. My family went to celebrate some birthdays and could not have picked a better place to do it. The atmosphere is relaxed and fresh. We tried several wines, cocktails and dishes from the menu. Each being better than the last. I'd have to say the charcuterie board and the lavender cocktail were the highlights for me, but again everything was pretty amazing. What I really loved is how knowledgable the staff was in guiding our experience, and they were able to craft a special cocktail for us when we wanted a blend of two they had. The last point I wanted to include is that they support local artists in their restaurant by hanging their art that's available for purchase to decorate and I just love to see that. We will definitely be back!

The atmosphere was beautiful, modern and simplistic. The food was absolutely incredible, each dish was delicious, well balanced with wonderful and bold flavours with fresh ingredients. The cocktail menu is thoughtful and use some wonderfully creative ingredients. Overall, Steel and Vines is an experience you must have in Lethbridge.

Steel & Vines is just what Lethbridge needed. A hint of bigger city luxury in our small town. The wine selection is great, the food is tapas style but all amazing and made in-house. My wife has been a few times and says the service is always friendly & helpful, and finally the space is clean, open, and inviting. Perfect for a date night or a GNO, if you like good wine & good conversation, you cannot go wrong.Charcuterie and focaccia is 10/10 YUM!
