Collin did a fabulous job cleaning the many ducts throughout our home. In addition, he cleaned the dryer vent as well as the fan vent in the bathroom. He worked so very hard when he was here and did so with a smile and friendly demeanor. The sanitization of the ducts was an added job that left the house smelling fresh and wonderful! I 100 % recommend this company and Collin as well!!

Colin was amazing. On time and professional. The service was great, with regular reminders and updates even 30 days out. It made it easy to make sure I planned ahead for the service. For those who are Leary about the service ask for the before and after pictures! We will rebook again.

I would highly recommend this company. They use a surgical grade air purifier to clean the air while cleaning the ducts so there is no residual when they are done. Friendly and professional service.

Collin explained the process and did a walk though before he proceeded to be sure he knew exactly what had to be done. Collin was very informative. He did a very good of upselling as well to further improve the quality of air in our home. Great Job.

I am very impressed with this company and, in particular , with the responsiveness of the owner, Leevon Mahoney. The technician who had carried out the duct and vent cleaning in November took his time to do a through job and the ducts and vents appeared to be very clean. However, months later I noted that I still had a lot of dust and lint in the house, depite frequent dust and vaccuuming. When I expressed concern about the issue Leevon contacted me immediately and promptly came to my home to investiagete the cause of the issue. He discovered that there was a crack in the hose connecting my dryer to the vent and a large amount of lint had accumulated in the laundry room behind the appliances. He vaccuumed up the lint and then repaired and reconnected the vent hose and even adjusted the door on the dryer. It would be an understatement to say he exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend the services of Modern PURAIR Grey Bruce.

I was overall happy with my duct cleaning service. Excellent customer service and very polite technician. However i was surprised at how dusty my house was after. In every room. So I’m not sure if all efforts were made to cover all the vents (I know cramped vents are hard to cover but there was dust from vents that did not have furniture over top, too. So much so that I will dread the next time I have to have it done. And I don’t remember this happening when the last company did it year ago. It’s been a lot of work dusting and cleaning since the duct cleaning. Also, I would recommend that upon arrival when we walk around, that there is written note of all the vents. That would make me feel more confident that none will get missed. One was missed under a window. Not sure if I pointed it out or not. But he mentioned they’re usually under windows so I would hope all those areas are double checked.

Colin came by to do duct cleaning. Would have given them 5 stars however he walked all over the house with his dirty boots. I have a freshly renovated home with brand new hardwood and tile. I found his boot marks everywhere and even on a deflated air mattress I was using to sleep on till my bed arrived.

I don’t normally do reviews but here goes. I believe I was one of or maybe the first customers of Levon and Kristi when they first opened their business . An excellent process from start to finish. Super friendly and professional. Took pictures to show the dirt etc. in my hvac system . They cleaned my store and my house . Highly recommend Leevon and his team.

I wonderful young man Collin arrived to my home earlier then expected! He was professional, and explained all that would take place and answered any questions I had! He was organized, and set up all the equipment and started the job! He did great work, showed before and after photos,.and the filters of all that was cleaned out and I also had system disinfected and the place looked and smelled for clean and fresh! I would recommend this business and give them a 5 star rating! Very impressed and thanks again Collin!!
