Always friendly and helpful staff, clean store and excellent management. Came to our home promptly working around our crazy work schedules and got the job done without one word of complaint. Thank you again for being so efficient and working through problems had with another store in town, speaks volumes when your given customer service like that!

Rob and Shane were absolutely amazing today!! If it weren't for them, we wouldn't have our sectional couch . My wife and I had a stressful 4 days moving with just ourselves, a wagon and a trolly...and when our couch wouldn't fit in our new apartment...we were at our breaking point. Shane and Rob came over and worked and worked until they got it in. 5 stars all the way!!!

I could of went 5 doors down right to easyfinancial.But I felt more comfortable and more trusting going to Norm.He was extremely friendly very informative and gave me great tips as well.excellent customer service skills.Thank you easy home
