I had the best massage ever here! Casey did exactly what I asked and stayed focused on the areas of my body that needed attention. He listened to my concerns and helped with my pain. Highly recommend.

I started going to Strong Roots ever since my favourite massage therapist moved there (I won't disclose the name because I don't want her to book up even faster - I'll give you a hint... she is female). One thing that stands out about Strong Roots is that the team appears to be very cohesive and the morale is high. They appear to function well as a team and you can tell everyone is genuinely happy to be working there. I assume this is because the owners Katie and Casey are very nice and are RMTs as well so they run a great clinic. In fact, all the staff seem really nice and professional. I highly recommend Strong Roots. A bonus is the clinic is always very clean and well maintained to the point of where I enjoy using their washroom. Parking is also convenient 95% of the time.

This is an amazing clinic with exceptional RMTs. They are very welcoming and will go above and beyond to ensure you get the treatment you need. Their hours are flexible and their online booking service is a lifesaver. I have seen all 4 therapists and they are all excellent.

Strong Roots is fantastic. Full of well knowledgable professionals.Their website is amazingly easy to operate and make bookings quick. Their staff are punctuate and go beyond the limits to help you. The workplace is always clean which is a key impression I got the first time I walked in. This is an amazing clinic with exceptional RMTs.

I've had the opportunity to have almost all of the therapists as my RMT. They all are professional and effective. Each one takes a slightly different approach which is great as they all bring something unique to my treatment.

I visited Strong Roots Massage Therapy several days ago. It was on the heels of having had my age held up to my face like a mirror, as children and young adults ran circles around me for a week of summer camp on an island. The RMT, Loxley, should be not only commended by the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia for her academic and excellent treatment, but also by the Nobel Foundation and the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences for her breakthrough work in physics on the time-space continuum. While I was face down on a table, Loxley, using what I surmise was a combination of determination, theoretical prowess, and alien spirituality, single-handedly condensed time so that what was three minutes for me was actually a full hour for the rest of world. I'm not sure if she actually conjured a wormhole in the office, or if she simply meddled with all of time to bend it. I'm always impressed when I meet people who are doubly accomplished in seemingly unrelated fields, such as quantum physics and anatomy. Despite this genius, Loxley was warm and approachable. I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but I did make the connection that the Swedes are in charge of both awards for accomplishments in physics and a great massage. A coveted 5 out of 5 stars.
