I paid upfront for the work. (I trusted it would be done right) they came to me to paint my equipment. I Came back to the shop to find the “painter” was gone, and the job he did was really bad. I called a total of 13 times over 2 days and nobody called back. First thing Monday I’ll be in for my refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCAM COMPANY

I had 20 custom brake caliper brackets laser cut through Virtucom using a STEP file I provided, in 3/8 and 1/2" steel plate. Turnaround time and quality exceeded my expectations

I started using Virtucom almost 2 years ago to supply cut and formed material for fabrication of boats.They have been great to deal with the whole time and i would not hesitate to recommend them for your metal projects.This week i ran into the first problem with an order. They did not hesitate to cut a new one and drive 1 hour across town to deliver it in person. The part was not a cheap piece and i know a lot of other businesses would have fought it or tried to repair it leaving a 2nd grade finished product. Top job guys thank you!

Came from North Carolina to spend some time with family. I had already planned to rebuild our grandson's bicycle, an old 1980's Giant Acapulco mountain bike. I initially was going to strip down the paint and repaint it myself. Due to significant rust and time constraints, I started looking for a place to sandblast and powder coat the frame and fork. I got a recommendation from a local bike shop for Virtucom Metals. On a Tuesday I met Dave Fisher who told me they would try to work me in. By Friday the frame, fork, handlebar and stem were all sandblasted and powder coated in satin black. An amazing job at a very fair price. Highly recommended if you want to give your bike new life. Grandson is happy, too!
