I've been a VS fan & loyal customer for two decades! I only wear VS bras & underwear because they last and fit my body perfectly. Canada just doesn't compare to the VS deals we have in the US on a daily basis. I was pleasantly surprised though when I saw comparable deals in the store recently. I was resized by a customer service representative who did a wonderful job explaining how bras should fit. She also was patient with me while I tried on different sizes and gave me her feedback on proper fit. Thank you very much! :))

Brian and staff provide excellent service. The stock was sold out of one or two items. I would like to see a more fulsome selection of merry widows and/or full-length bustiers in opaque fabrics, such as polyester satin and velvet, suitable for wearing under a blazer.

Service in the store was great but disappointed with the actual bras. Bras fit well when you try them on but the minute you start moving around the bra doesn’t hold anything and you’re falling out. Constantly making adjustments. The bras are the right size but have no support. I took off the tags thinking that the bra fits and within 1/2 hour, I was getting frustrated because I was having to adjust the bra. I can’t return it because I took the tags off. I would definitely not recommend these bras for someone with a larger chest size.

One of the worst VS store locations I’ve ever walked into. Not only could I not find a single worker on the floor but the cashier charged me extra by not checking to see if the promotions have been applied correctly. I called in to inquire about my receipt and spoke to a cashier as well as a manager, both were rude and unwilling to hear me out. Will NOT be going back here!

The precision was amazing. 6 bras in under 30 minutes. The perfect sports bra. 50 % off. I couldn't have asked for a better experience if I planned it that way. The store was buzzing with several customers. I was impressed with how calm and cool they were.Very ProfessionalI don't expect smiles from people that are serious about their purpose. The outcome how efficiently everything worked.At the end of the purchase where I was happy and thanked them continually for their help. This was their time to shine. My daughter and I love the underwear, the lotions, and creams. I love the colors and the design. I bought them when they have a good deal. I will come back again soon for sure.
