I had RO system installed a month ago. Very happy about it so far. They don't rush things. I was provided with options. One if those options was where to install the system. The work itself is very professional. I can tell helping customers is equally important to them. I would definitely recommend them!!!

I can't say enough great things about Laura and Chris and the Water Superstore. I have been on river water for over 20 years and have dealt with other companies that sold me things I didn't need and didn't work. I am so glad I called Laura many years ago, when the expensive system I had from another company wasn't working. They came, looked at our situation, and offered solutions that made sense, worked great and were VERY fairly priced. They continue to assist us with only needed maintenance and are so genuine. If you are looking for the best water quality with integrity and great prices, I highly recommend them. Geoff

Start Saving Money. Good prices here. I stopped using bottled water after I converted to this place. Great friendly staff. Fork out the setup cost of a couple of bottles and dispenser and start saving money within 2 months. I’ll never buy regular bottles again. Thank you guys.

This is the ONLY business in Niagara that denied me entry because of a mask exemption. They charged 50¢ extra (on top of their already overpriced fees) to fill my bottles because I wasn't wearing a mask, costing $5/bottle, whereas other RO water stores only charge $3/bottle. I'll be saving money and taking my business elsewhere.

A very clean and friendly store full of staff ready to help you. The water is a good price, I believe around 8 for two five gallon jugs if I can remember. Unfortunately they don't offer an after hours center which I really wish they had. There isn't any place in St Catharines that has one as far as I know.

We have been dealing with the Water Superstore for more than five years now. Their RO supplies have always been competitively priced. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We plan to keep them as our go-to water store.
