Sweet Castle

Knafeh not fresh at all, heated in microwave :( plastic forks dont cut unmelted cheese. the sugar syrup (qater) tastes very weird. They did not have 4 small plates!! I was very embarrassed to have brought guests with me here. I will never repeated.

Lady at the counter was very sweet (pun intended!!!!) Great service, their prices are slightly higher than most but the quality is there.

Delicious baklava. Very crispy and not overly sweet. I bought the big mix tray on Uber Eats and was very happy with my purchase. The almond and cashew baklavas were very good.I’d probably stick with other baklava places like baklava king or alkadour sweets since I don’t live in the area and pricing is better there. The nuts are high quality and presentation is lovely.

Came here the other day for a coffee and to do some work but there is very limited seating. The coffee was okay and the two girls working the counter were so polite and lovely. The baked goods look so delicious and I look forward to going back there to try some.

I have bought baklavas from this place more than 6-7 times, either directly from the shop or through UberEats. Each time, my order would be at least 1 kilogram of baklava, and sometimes 2 kilos. The baklavas are tasty, no doubt. But I am very disappointed at their tendency to short weigh their products every time. When I weighed the baklavas at home with my kitchen scale, it would weigh around 940-950 grams WITH the box every time for a 1 kilo pack. If we consider the weight of the box, they are cheating you out of 100 gram of product per 1 kilogram. I complained through UberEats twice and, on my last order, I also added a note requesting that they carefully weigh the product. But they just don't pay any heed. This is a form of cheating in business.The current price of Turkish baklava is $39 per kilo, so you will get swindled $3.9 (price of 100 gram) per kilo. It is not much, but it shows how unethical you are as a business.

I really like their cakes! I always order it for birthdays and special occasions. Their shop is really nice located in heart of south keys. It really hard to resist the cravings for desserts when you are there. Their staff and service is also good. Highly recommend this place!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 kilos of chocolawa and it was so stale (not stale) and clearly old. Not fresh like they used to sell. I also ordered 1/4 kilo of knafa and the middle qishta layer was rock solid. My mom called to complain and they told her it was meant to be chewy and that's how it's made.Sweet castles previous owner always had amazing desserts and always fresh and delicious. Now, it has gone downhill! Waste of money!

Went to Sweet Castle ordered kenafa and others pastries first when I arrived home two pieces were missing second my kenafa was completely out of the bread all mashed up and the bread she gave me was burned bitter ,I mean their business is based on sweets and service I didn't get any of those two I don't recommend it this is the third time now I learned my lesson.

Amazing selection of sweets. The staff were super friendly and gave us a run down of their most popular sweets and even let us try one. Ended up buying the assorted baklava, knefeh and a slice of the opera cake. They were all delicious but maybe a bit on the sweeter side. Will go back to try a different set the next time.

Got Baklava last Sunday from Sweet Castle on Fitir eid and we were having some guests that we served, but surprisingly the Baklava was not fresh at all and wet not crunchy and we were embarrassed with our guests. So the next day my wife visited the shop and returned back the Baklava and didn't ask for a refund but explained to the manager where he told her to leave her number and he will call her back but he never did. It's a shame that we live a block away from the shop and we've been their customers for almost 3 years and we get such a treat.
