Dr. Kwan Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

It's a nice experience to receive a treatment in Dr. Kwan dentist. The dentist is professional and staffs are friendly.

I chose the wrong clinic for tooth filling. Waste of money.Update: you can’t find me? Really? Then how did your customer service call me for this review? I told her what happened but she didn’t follow up with me. Your dentist was either too cautious or incapable of doing a basic filling work. I got my tooth repaired at another clinic and it only took them 15 minutes to complete the job. It has been two months since and everything is fine with the tooth. Avoid this clinic if you don’t want to waste your money. Don’t be fooled by high ratings!

Phone calls for confirming my appt. Was nice. Front desk staff was polite and very detailed in answering questions. Hygienist was careful and patient and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Shahar and assistant were very patient in listening to my requests and addressed my requests very promptly and professionally.

Wonderful staff and caring dentists.I went to Dr. Kwan to remove my removing my wisdom teeth. I had some concerns about the short term and long term impact it can have as removing any teeth is not something I enjoy.Dr. Kwan explained in great detail how the procedure is done and even explained this procedure in Cantonese so I could fully understand.

Been going to Dr Kwan for over 20 years she and her staff never disappoint. So professional, very knowledgeable, one of the smartest Dr I have ever met. I So highly recommend this dentist. My favourite hygienist Lilly she has cleaned my teeth for many years. Well done ladies for keeping the work place so clean !!

Here, we experienced something completely new and wired. They were first quite cordial. Hygienists and dentists made us happy, but secretaries did not. Even though we had limitless dental coverage that is among the best in Ontario, they constantly came up with new costs to charge us! They urged us to have more cleaning and filling while praising your insurance, but when the bill came, they demanded more payments that the insurance did not cover. When it happened for the fourth time, I told the secretary that I was extremely upset about it and that they weren't thoroughly checking my insurance, and the response was unexpected! Do you want me to cancel all of your appointments, including the $4000 pre-approved implant? she asked me. I said, Okay!" Cancel them all

My favourite dentist to go to! Been coming here for several years now and I love the service here. The receptionist knows you by your name, and the other dentists make you feel like family! Appointments are quick and easy. Everyone is understanding of your situation. Love this place!

Dr Kwan is very friendly, helpful, accommodating and always provides top-notch dental services to me. Though I don’t like going to the dentist, I feel very comfortable having Dr Kwan performs dental work on my teeth. Her team in the clinic is also very good.

All staff at Dr. Kwan’s office is very friendly and very welcoming. They always provide great advice to maintain healthy teeth.
