I like to consider myself a trendsetter so I love shopping at Reitmans! They have really sweet styles at incredibly great prices! I have been shopping here for years and I plan on shopping here for many more! They have casual, work, evening and dressy modes to chose from as well as a full line of Hyba Wear for the athletic type. Oh and I almost forgot! They also offer accessories that are really stylish! I do believe that when you shop here you get good value for money spent. I know you will not be disappointed

Staff are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.They put signage for price points for example 29.95 dresses and they put them on EVERY SINGLE part of the wall that has dresses even the parts that are not even included in the deal. When i asked why the signage is on them when none of the dresses are a part of the deal and the lady just laughed at me and said in a sarcastic tone Thanks for telling me how to do my job."Well clearly no one has told you yet"

I Shopped last night around 5:30pm- had the most amazing sales associate to help my daughter with jeans. I went to almost every womens clothing store in the mall yesterday and this store BY FAR had the best service. THANK YOU!

Great staff, super helpful today!! I've lost some weight and they helped me find the right sizes and what looked good on my body. It's always an adjustment when your body changes and they handled it fabulously and made me feel comfortable instead of frustrated with testing different sizes.

I saw on the Reitmans website that they had a really cute romper on sale. I was thinking of wearing it to a wedding this passed weekend. I called and described what it was to an employee, it was really difficult as there was no product # online, but she said she knew which one it was because it was really popular. She then asked me rudely when are you going to come? Because I can only hold it for a few hours

Great sales but inventory in M and L runs out quickly. The staff are always helpful if I can't find a size.

I just got 2 stars because of the clothes but I was very disappointed today because of the behavior of the store manager. She treated me and my family very badly, which upset me. When I asked her about online shopping, she was a little confused at first, and when I asked her about the estimated time of ordering online, she explained very rudely that she did not know exactly when it would arrive .While we all know that the most important principle of a customer service is to be kind and respectful to customers. I was very upset and I do not think so I will buy from this store anymore.

Very helpful staff. Most sizes in stockMy wife was able to get a lot of things she wanted. They even ordered an item they didn't have in store for her and shipped free for us.
