Product came in a timely fashion. I was assisted right away with assembling issues. The issue was resolved quickly. The end results elegant looking and extremely comfortable sofa!

We had bought a memory foam mattress elsewhere and found that there wasn't enough support. Box springs were proving to be an added cost that we hadn't budgeted for. We luckily came across Payless who had a very reasonably priced King box spring with free delivery. The online transaction was easy, we received confirmation of delivery window, it arrived ( well packaged) during that time and we got a follow up asking if everything was to our satisfaction. Yes. Yes indeed. We'll be looking to them in future for any of our other furniture needs. Thank you Payless!!

I'll keep it short but from the salesman to the delivery process and the product I recieved I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place! Great customer service, everything was on point and most importantly, my package arrived safe and 100% undamaged and they even put it under my poarch because it was suppose to rain that day. Highly suggest this place to anyone looking for quality furniture with great service!

I was nervous ordering a coffee table online without seeing it. It came exactly as it looked online. Their customer service team was wonderful in their communication from purchase to delivery. Assembly was easy and the instructional diagram was pretty straight forward, ikea could take some notes lol. Thank you Payless Furniture, I appreciate the wonderful service! Looking forward to ordering more pieces in the future.

I'm so happy with this purchase that I'm taking the time to write this review. I was unsure what to expect since I wasn't familiar with the business (I live in Toronto) and made the purchase online. I'm not only so happy with the product, but have to share that the service with this company is A+. The owners were so courteous and responsive to my needs, and the delivery team was polite, worked quickly, clean and courteous. I just bought a place so I've been making quite a few purchases/deliveries in the last few weeks and Payless has been my best experience so far. A big thank you to the Payless team.
