Rarely or never do I rate anything five stars or there would be no room for improvement. In Thea case she was what I would expect from a professional in any position. Pesonable, reliable and knowledgeable. From the very start begining with the introduction, the team she brought for photos, videos and staging, to closing, Thea and her team did a great job. We had some ups and downs on the buyers side that were handle quickly and correctly. We plan on never moving again but if circumstances dictated we had to Thea Hanson would be our first choice

Thea is the absolute best realtor! She is amazing at what she does, and puts her clients needs first and foremost. We have used Thea for a few of our real estate sales, and purchases. On our last deal, we had to unfortunately walk away from completion due to a situation that affected our child’s welfare. Thea helped us navigate walking away from completion and not once did she make us feel like we were letting her down. In the end she lost out on a sale, however she was supportive, and was there for us until the end. We recommend choosing Thea Hanson as your realtor, you will not be disappointed. We love you Thea!
