Allison and team were simply awesome! They, at all times were professional, timely, friendly and really really nice people. My experience with PEC Property Sisters, as a Rental Agency and as well as a Property Management team, has been far more than I could have ever hoped to have expected and I sincerely and highly recommend their services.When initially trying to rent my property I was given very sound advice on how much I might expect to get each month and while I tried for a higher rent, this did not work, so clearly the rental agent knew the market and locale. The agent was very patient with me and at all times made me feel that I was in charge of my decisions and I feel that this is a particular strength on their part because I always felt that I was being listened to.As to once my property had been rented, the service I have received has been phenomenal. I was given expert advice on what repairs should be made immediately and what could wait and as I moved along towards making the requests for work, each job was fulfilled in great time and with full explanations as to what I might expect. I feel very fortunate to have had PEC Property Sisters recommended to me and should I ever be in a position to rent again I would not hesitate to contact them.

They did a great job. They were respectful and professional. Knowledgeable about the products to use and asked my opinion before finishing up for the day. I highly recommend.

The Property Sisters helped us when we had a terrible experience with a contractor. They were able to come in and help us fix a lot of the issues and help salvage the project. I really don't know what I would have done without them. Since then, they have helped us with several different projects at our house. They are great people and easy to work with.

We recently had Property Sisters do painting in our home, and right from our first meeting with Allison to discuss the scope of the work, we were impressed with her knowledge, advice and attention to detail.
