Great Idea to have a one stop shop to get bids for a reno job. No need to look or try to find anyone. They just recommend a few, they come meet you, quote and you get to decide and research the one you want to work with. Easy to get references now online. Just a brain dead easy way to get a big jexpensive job done without pressure
