$19,000 system is useless brutal company! I own August Luxury Motorcars we sell luxury and exotic cars, SDI made me spend $12,000 on a new camera system and new Recorder, they told us our old one was not compatible. During this time they suspended our account after all the updating and money was spent we went to re activate our “cctv” and was told they will not re activate our account!!!! We had to many “false alarms” so after spending 12k To update the system we are now screwed. $7,000 to install sensors at the start now a $19,000 that doesn’t work. Called many times left many messages ( on VM and with employees) I have never heard back from SDI.The SDI “Promise”OUR PROMISEOUR BELIEF IS…That our people are our strength.When you invest in a partnership with SDI, you are investing in a team who believe in supporting your business with as much heart as you do.When we are in, we’re all in.The owners should take a second look at the “promise”

They seem to have a bad habit of calling people who have never been or heard of this terrible business hahaha.

SDI called my work cell. We do not have any business with them, and I'm not an account manager. If I could give zero stars I would. I have filed a complaint with the regulator.
