I contacted Betterview for doing stone work around my house on top of the brick. They are trustworthy, but they don't know these kinds of work. They finished the work but everything was messy, they couldn't even fix the problems. The workers put cement all over the Stone and now it looks really bad after spending almost 35,0000 dollars. They tried to fix it using some powders but they couldn't fix it. So don't use them from stone works, cement works..... They are not good in these kinds of works. My house is a messy now.

From the start of planning to the start of looking for contractors, I was very hesitant and couldn't decide if I wanted a general contractor that designs and does the construction work or different companies that designs and offers construction services. I figured having a company that offered all the services would have less problems. Among the many general contractors that I filtered, I chose Betterview. They didn't disappoint! They were efficient and the process was good. Prior to the completion of my home project, I honestly didn't go to the site to see the work that often. It's been a year since I've moved in and everything was good so I would recommend them.

It was a great experience working with Jeffrey and his team. They finished the work on time as promised and he has been really helpful throughout the entire construction period. He priced very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

We were looking for someone who is highly professional, detail oriented and on time and budget with the work. We went through a few companies and quotes. Jeffrey had completed a major renovation for someone we knew and was highly recommended and we immediately felt the difference within our first interaction with him. He came to our site and we went through our requirements diligently and took comprehensive notes. He later provided us a quote that was highly detailed and did not leave any room for confusion down the road.As we worked though the project, Jeffrey and his team were highly accommodating to the changes we brought forth and went over and above to ensure that our requirements we fulfilled. I must also add that that he is a man of his word! He provided us the quote before the COVID period and never backed down on his initial quote even though the prices had increased significantly during COVID. This is a quality that is not many possess these days.Overall, all of our expectations were met and exceeded and the quality of work was absolutely amazing!We highly recommend Jeffrey and his team and look forward to working him on future projects.

My experience started with Jeffrey paying a visit to my home and offered a wide range of options based on what I wanted to achieve. Throughout the construction, Jeffrey and team have been extremely professional and thorough in both their work and communication. Jeffrey was very diligent in monitoring the overall progress and was also very accommodating in our requests and nitpicks. He was able to take my vision and turn it into a reality, even adding his own creative touches to enhance the design. The work definitely has beyond exceeded my expectations, I can’t imagine it would have been executed better had I gone with anyone else. Recently finished a full renovation for one of our house with Jeffery and his teamThe result is fantastic , all communication in between were crisp and clearBut more importantly, everything was done in a timely manner. Originally we were just planning to do a basic reno for the property, however Jeffery and his team suggested that doing an addition can sales for a better price with not too much extra compare to what we want to do at first. The project was done on time and it exceeded our expectations. The property was sold in less than a day and a generous amount over the asking price, because of its design, function and finishWould highly recommend Jeffery and his team to anyone, they are a true one stop shop from design, permit and build. I contacted Betterview for a home addition, to add another floor, 900sf. And also inquired about a garden suite. Their team was really professional and easy to work with. Best part is that they have incredible in house designer & architects and a large show room to visualize the finishes. Jeffrey and Philip was very patient and knowledgeable. They we’re able to make suggestion and their architect even did a preliminary evaluation for the garden suite. Excellent team. We love the addition. And will definitely have them back to do the Garden suite in the future.
